Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for HVAC Control Upgrades for McDowell County Schools will be received by the McDowell County Board of Education at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc., 160 Association Drive, Charleston, WV, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on Tuesday, December 2, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m., L.P.T. through live-stream. The link for the live-stream of the Bid Opening will be provided via Addendum.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at Mount View High School, 740 Mountaineer Highway, Bradshaw, WV 24817, on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., L.P.T
