Addendum: There have been three addendums issued on this project. Addendum #1 was issued on July 1, 2022, Addendum #2 was issued on July 18, 2022 and Addendum #3 was issued on July 19, 2022.
Contract: Ashton Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project
Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mason County Public Service District Office located at 101 Camden Avenue, Point Pleasant, Mason County, WV 25550, until Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Ashton Water Treatment Plant located in Mercers Bottom, West Virginia near the intersection of Ohio River Road (WV Route 2) and Jerrys Run Road (County Route 37) in Mason County, West Virginia. The approximate latitude and longitude of the WTP are 38° 38’ 33” N by 82° 09’ 46” W. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
