Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Lake Floyd Public Service District, at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc., located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, P.O. Box 940 Bridgeport, Harrison County, WV 26330 until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, January 12, 2023. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A link for the live-stream of the Bid Opening will be provided via Addendum.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc., located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, P.O. Box 940 Bridgeport, Harrison County, WV 26330 or virtually via Microsoft Teams meeting using the information listed below. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method requested.
