Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Industrial Access Road will be received, by Jackson County Development Authority at the office of the Jackson County Development Authority, 167 Seneca Drive, Ripley, WV 25271, until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, October 11, 2018.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Jackson County Development Authority, 167 Seneca Drive, Ripley, WV 25271. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
