Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Ivy Branch Off-Road Park Abandoned Mine Lands Pilot Project will be received, by the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Man, Logan County, West Virginia until 1:00 p.m. local time on July 2, 2019.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 at the Hatfield McCoy Welcome Center conference room located at 28 Big Pinnacle Branch Road, Julian, WV. Attendance at the pre-bid is mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents will be issued at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $50.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and digital Specifications through a ftp link or USB drive, are available for $30.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications through a ftp link or USB drive, are available for $10.00 per set.
