Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Contract #1 – Water System Upgrades & Extensions will be received, by the Hardy County Public Service District, located at 2094 US 220 South, Moorefield, Hardy County, West Virginia until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bid Date has changed to November 19, 2019 per Addendum #1.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM local time on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at the Hardy County Public Service District located at 2094 US 220 South, Moorefield, Hardy County, West Virginia. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
