Bids Opening: Sealed bids for a proposed Capon Bridge Hybrid Fiber Optic and Wireless Broadband Project will be received by the Hampshire County Commission, 66 North High Street, Romney, West Virginia 26757, Hampshire County, West Virginia, until 1 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on October 7, 2019, changed per Addendum #2 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A Pre-bid conference will be held at the Capon Bridge City Hall Office located at 1 Whitacre Lane, Capon Bridge, WV 26711 on September 20, 2019, at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
