Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project T60-11630.05 will be received at the office of the Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority located at 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH until April 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid State of Ohio Business Certificate and a minimum 5-years’ experience in work required.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 7, 2026 at 10:00AM at 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
