Bids Opening: The Thrasher Group on behalf of Coalfield Development Corporation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at The Thrasher Group located at 300 Association Drive, Charleston, WV 25311 until Monday, January 28 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and evaluated.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, January 13 at 2:00 PM at 909 Camden Road, Huntington, Wayne County, West Virginia, 25704. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
