Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Arlington/Glen Falls Water Line Improvement Project will be received by the Clarksburg Water Board, located at 1001 South Chestnut Street, Harrison County, West Virginia, until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, February 20, 2020, beginning at Clarksburg Water Board, 1001 South Chestnut Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301, then continuing with a site visit immediately thereafter. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Questions will be received by the Engineer until noon, Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings, hard copy specifications, as well as digital copies of both on a C.D. are available for $100.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D. are available for $75.00 per set.
