Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Main Street, Charles Street, and Commerce Street Waterline Replacement Plan will be received by the City of Wellsburg, located at 70 Town Sq, Wellsburg, Brooke County, West Virginia until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 9, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
