Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Contract #3 – Telemetry will be received, by the Chestnut Ridge Public Service District at their office location at 20 Columbia Street, Philippi, Barbour County, West Virginia 26416 until 1:00 pm local time on November 16th, 2022. After 1:00 pm local time on November 16th, 2022, Sealed Bids shall be received until 2:00 pm local time on November 16th, 2022, by the Chestnut Ridge Public Service District at the Philippi City Building, City Council Chambers, 344 South Main Street, Philippi, Barbour County, West Virginia 26416, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022, at the Philippi City Building, City Council Chambers located at 344 South Main Street, Philippi, Barbour County, West Virginia 26416. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of Thrasher, 600 White Oaks Boulevard, P. O. Box 940, Bridgeport, WV 26330, for the following costs: • Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $300.00 per set.
