Bids Opening: Bids will be received until 12:00 PM, local time February 20, 2025 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Main Library Auditorium.
Pre-Bid: A Pre-bid conference will be held on February 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Library Auditorium.
