Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Procter & Gamble Utility Extension Project will be received, by the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District located at 65 District Way, Martinsburg, West Virginia, 25402 until 2:00 P.M. local time on May 31 2017.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. local time on May 15, 2017at the Berkeley County Service Sewer District located at 65 District Way, Martinsburg, WV 25402. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
