Bids Opening: Sealed bids for Contract #8 – Forest Heights #1, #2 and #3 WWTP Consolidation will be received by the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District, Berkeley County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on October 1, 2019, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the Berkeley County P.S.S.D., 65 District Way, Martinsburg, WV 25404, Berkeley County, West Virginia, on September 17, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., L.P.T.
