Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for Acquisition of a Police Vehicle will be received by the Benedum Airport Authority, 2000 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on Thursday, April 22nd, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the North Central West Virginia Airport 2nd floor conference room, located at 2000 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, on Thursday, April 1st , 2021, at 10:30 a.m., L.P.T.
