Austin Thrasher, PE, serves as the Construction Services Division Lead – providing oversight to the many offerings that Thrasher has for construction services, such as inflow and infiltration studies for water resources projects, on-site project representation, and material testing and laboratory services for new construction. Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of West Virginia.
