Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project T60-11388 will be received at the office of the Moundsville Housing Authority located at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV until June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid West Virginia Contractor’s License and a minimum of 5-years’ experience in work required.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on May 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
