Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville Public Service District located at 4200 Poplar Gap Road, Glen Fork, WV 25845, until Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville Public Service District, 4200 Poplar Gap Road, Glen Fork, WV 25845. Bids will not be accepted for this project from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. There will also be a Microsoft Teams virtual option for this Mandatory Pre-Bid conference. If a Contractor is unable to attend this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in person, attending the meeting virtually will be acceptable.
