Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mingo County Public Service District located at 1 Riverside Drive, Naugatuck, Mingo County, West Virginia 25685 until Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 10:00 am at Mingo County Public Service District, 1 Riverside Drive, Naugatuck, Mingo County, West Virginia. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. If a Contractor is unable to attend this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in person, attending the meeting virtually will be acceptable. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
