Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Short Line Public Service District, at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, WV 26330., until Friday, October 18, 2024 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be public opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 2:00 pm by Short Line Public Service District, at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, WV 26330. Bids will not be accepted for this contract from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. There will also be a Microsoft Teams virtual option for this Mandatory Pre Bid conference. If a Contractor is unable to attend this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in person, attending the meeting virtually will be acceptable.
