Contract: PHASE IV WATER LINE UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Bids Opening: Sealed bids for the proposed Phase IV Water Line Upgrades and Improvements Project will be received by the Town of Bath (Berkeley Springs Water Works), located at 271 Wilkes Street, Suite A, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, 25411, Morgan County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., Local Prevailing Time (LPT), on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Town of Bath (Berkeley Springs Water Works), located at 271 Wilkes Street, Suite A, Berkeley Springs, Morgan County, West Virginia, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., LPT. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not required as a Bid Opening Requirement. Arrangements to attend virtually will be made upon request of the Engineer.
