Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Franklin Elementary Sewer Extension will be received by the Brooke County Public Service District, located at 711 Charles Street, Wellsburg, Brooke County, West Virginia 26070 until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:30 AM local time on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the Brooke County Public Service District located at 711 Charles Street, Wellsburg, Brooke County, West Virginia 26070. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
