Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pioneer Trail Retaining Wall Site 5 will be received by the, Brooke County Commission, at 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070, until 3:00 p.m. local time on Monday, November 9th, 2020. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Brooke County Commission meeting on November 10th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. local time on October 27th, 2020 at the Wellsburg City Building, 70 Town Square, Wellsburg, WV 26070. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $50 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D., are available for $30 per set. Amounts paid are not subject to refund.
