Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Capon Bridge Technology Park Industrial Park Access Road will be received by, Hampshire County Development Authority at The Bottling Works located at 426 E. Main Street, Romney, Hampshire County, WV 26757., until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Capon Bridge Public Library – Outdoor Pavilion located at 2987 Northwestern Pike, Capon Bridge WV 26757. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
