Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Terra Alta Water Treatment Plant Alternate Power Source will be received, by the Town of Terra Alta, located at 701A East State Avenue, Terra Alta, Preston County, West Virginia until 2:00 pm local time on January 24, 2019.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on January 10, 2019 at the Town of Terra Alta located at 701A East State Avenue, Terra Alta, Preston County, West Virginia. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $50.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a CD, are available for $20.00 per set.
