Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Oak Hill School Zone Sidewalks will be received by the City of Oak Hill, at the City Manager’s Office, P.O. Box 1245, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901, until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the City of Oak Hill, City Manager’s Office, P.O. Box 1245, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $35 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D., are available for $10 per set.
