Doug Richmond named to the Virginia Geographic Information Network Advisory

Fredericksburg, VA – Senior Survey Manager Doug Richmond, PS, CMF was reappointed to the Virginia Geographic Information Network Advisory Board. The announcement came from the Virginia Governor’s Office in late December. Doug is an expert in survey with wide-ranging experience performing work across the United States and internationally, including construction surveys, engineering surveys, boundary surveys, mapping, geodetic and photogrammetric surveys, technical support and training to both public sector and private clients.

Doug Richmond, PS has led survey operations for The Thrasher Group’s Fredericksburg, VA office location since 2012.
