From concept to completion, we were instrumental in the development of the White Oaks Business Park in Bridgeport, WV.
We completed the original Master Plan for the 450 acre development. The plan was implemented and we provided engineering, architectural, survey, and construction inspection services for the entire development. The project included mass earthwork, development of pad ready sites, utility extensions, new roadways, storm collection systems, stormwater management facilities, etc. – totaling approximately 40 million dollars of land and infrastructure improvements.
Planning + Development
￼The site engineering included preparations of land planning, grading plans, roadways, utilities, and pad ready sties. Architectural services are being used for both design and code review for buildings.
The White Oaks Business Park planning and development is an ideal example of a successful economic development. The entire process was coordinated with the city and community officials.
Standard + Guidelines
Following the completion of the master plan, our team was then tasked with writing covenants and restriction guidelines for the development. The covenants and restrictions established building design specifications including materials, scale, mass grading and orientation.
￼￼The guidelines include administrative process for management and implementation and prescribed standards for landscaping and preserving open space. Our team served as the prime consultant on the White Oaks project, providing project management, along with civil engineering, survey, and construction inspection services.
