Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 12:00 noon. local time on February 5, 2018 at the Lewis County Economic Development Authority located at 110 Center Avenue, 2nd Floor, Weston, Lewis County, WV. Questions will be reviewed until noon on February 13, 2018.
