Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the Doddridge County Board of Education Offices (Conf. Room), located at 1117 WV RT 18 North, West Union, Doddridge County, West Virginia, on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., L.P.T.
