Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the A-B, High Street, and U.S. Route 250 Water Storage Tanks Upgrades and Improvements Project will be received, by the City of Philippi, located at 344 South Main Street, Philippi, WV, 26416, Barbour County, West Virginia until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 8, 2018.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the City of Philippi located at 344 South Main, Philippi, WV 26416. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
